Hi. How can I log in to my Windows 7 desktop when forgotten passwords?I haven't set any reset password. 

 

These are the options I get after going to startup menu:

F1= System information

F2= System diagnostics 

F3= Boot device option

F4= BIOS setup

F5= System recovery

Enter= continue startup

I don't want to lose all the important files and documents I have on my laptop. Please tell me how to proceed further to login without losing my documents.
