Same Issue as discussed below

we tried a multiple solutions as you provided but no hope received PowerON Password, when replace the battery than it loss the date & time in 2004 but password not opened

I had set a BIOS setup password on our elitedesk machiens when I got them, but apparently I mistyped one of the passwords an can no longer get into BIOS setup.  This is a problem now because I need to enable virtualization in it.  I have removed the power, pressed the power button, removed the blue PWD jumper, pressed the power button again for good measure, replaced the PWD jumper and rebooted.  It still asks me for a set up password.

I do not believe I enabled stringent password requirements (which you can't reset).  I used HP's BIOS tool to get the current config to a text file and it shows that stringent password is disabled.  It just doesn't make any sense, is my procedure wrong?  I followed the manual.
