Product: EliteDesk G2
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello Community,
I just got a EliteDesk with win10 pro.
As on all my other and previous computers I was able to set the USB setting
for the usb mouse and usb keyboard that I could start it out of hibernate mode.
On my HP EliteDesk this is not possible, at the device manager the USB Energie setting
for waking it up is gray, I can not check the box.
I can not change anything in bios which could help as well ?!
win10 pro version is 1909, the bios is updated to the latest availible version.
Any idea what to do?
Thanks in advance!
Best regards
Dirk
