Product: HP Spectre
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO on my HP Spectre laptop having Windows 10 OS. I am not able to see start menu option. I found some commands to run on command prompt. However above command (bootrec /fixboot it said access is denied). So How to run this commend as administrator?

 

Appreciate your prompt help.

Open a command prompt window with Admin privileges:

Windows key + X + A 

 

This does not guarantee you can do what you intend.

It does set the cmd prompt to administrator.
