Product: Hp-15bs020wm

I have a Hp-15bs020w..when I power on it goes to a black screen with a blue rectangle box in the middle where you are supposed to enter an administrator password...I don't know how to find out the password...if I enter the wrong password in too many times it Says system disabled i68183028
