Product: Hp EliteDesk 800 G2

Good day I bought a Secondhand Motherboard from Ebay for a hp elite desk 800 g2, but the bios came password protected. I contacted the seller, but he denies locking it and says he does not know what the password is. i tried countless times to try to reset it but nothing seems to work, and I know it's an old system but it's all I have for now.
I tried these:

and others but nothing worked. I guess what am asking is if it is even possible to reset it at this point. 
please help if you can thank you.
