Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Wont boot to windows . Would goto HP screen then blue screen to give prompst on what you want to do next, like system restore, etc etc.

Ive tried remove cmos, Ive tried to  keep files to restore, delte files to restore, Tried up update by cloud, tried locally . I have tried system restore, it says not enough room and wont alloe me to finish.

I'm stomp. I dont know what else to do to get the windows on this to start working.

I do not want to goto microsift and get their windows image, since alot of the parts and drivers may not work.

How to I obtain a  recovery disc from HP? When I follow the prompts, It told me there was no files for my computer and serial.
SO I'm at a dead end. can anyone help?
