HP Pavilion Power Desktop - 580-137c

Hello,

I have done tons of troubleshooting on this issue. Recently I was trying to boot from a USB so that I could boot from a Windows 11 USB stick. So I was changing settings and I modified some settings in the BIOS and turned off secure boot. Now I can not even access the BIOS for the PC. No matter what I try I always get 3 long beeps and 3 short beeps with the flashing green light. HP has made it so difficult to find the exact error message for that and has taken me hours searching the internet for correct information for this product.

I have

-unplugged the GPU and tried booting without it since apparently somewhere in HP support the 3 long 3 short beeps means graphical chip erro. Still the same result.

-Tried removing and reseating the GPU and both sticks of RAM

-unplugged anything unecessary and tried every key on the keyboard like ESC, F2, F10, F12 during boot and can not access BIOS.

-removed CMOS battery for 5 minutes and replaced it.

-Tried to clear the CMOS with a screw driver but that didnt work either

6 hours of online troubleshooting and finally I am forced to create an account here and try to get help. I have already visited a bunch of threads on here and nothing I have tried works. Including this page https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1997210-1528385-16

How can I reset the BIOS and get access to it? It is just beeping and black screen no matter what I try.
