Hp Z2 mouse and keyboard not detected

I am working with IT organisation.. we are providing services support to customer and we had common problem with desktop z2 sff Mouse and keyboard not detected.. some time after restart 4 times to 3 it worked but unfortunately the problem appear with the same device and other after few days..it's like covid😅 really this kind of problems need to take seriously from hp our customers are annoying and not satisfied..we did everything check desk and image with different versions still issue exist..it happened with this model only.

What is the model-number of the computer?

What is the model-number of the keyboard?

What is the model-number of the mouse?

Is the keyboard "wired" (to get power from the computer) or "wireless" (getting power from an internal battery) ?

Is it a USB keyboard, or a PS/2 keyboard.

Note that you must connect a PS/2 keyboard when the computer is powered-off -- you can connect a USB keyboard at any time.
