@Fawazmlkiop -- desktop z2 sff Mouse and keyboard not detected

What is the model-number of the computer?

What is the model-number of the keyboard?

What is the model-number of the mouse?

Is the keyboard "wired" (to get power from the computer) or "wireless" (getting power from an internal battery) ?

Is it a USB keyboard, or a PS/2 keyboard.

Note that you must connect a PS/2 keyboard when the computer is powered-off -- you can connect a USB keyboard at any time.

The more "technical" details that you can provide, the better the responses will be.
