Product: Hp prodesk 600 g1 sff

Hey community I'm having a problem with my computer. I tried to install a graphics card but it ended up causing this to happen. I'm getting 4 beeps and also 4 blinking red lights. I looked on the help for hp and it says that it is something with the thermal like my system is over heating when my heatsink is perfectly fine. I also have a new ram installed. 

I'm needing some suggestions for the community. Anything helps.

Hi, Phillip:

 

4 beeps, red flashing LED is normally a power supply overload code.

 

See the service manual at the link below, chapter 9, page 195 for how to troubleshoot the 4 beep code error.
