Product: Hp compaq elite 8300 ultra slim desktop

I unplugged my hp compaq elite 8300 ultra slim desktop to rearrange some things on my desk, and when I plugged it back in it powered up and went to the welcome screen, then just turned off and wouldn't turn on again. There's a solid green light when plugged in but nothing else. I tried resetting the cmos, replacing the cmos battery, used a different power source, checked the CPU, and SSD. Any thoughts?
