Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my computer recently. When I start it, it will boot normally, arrive on the Hp logo with the loading indicator, then a few seconds later, the loading indicator will freeze, and the computer will stay in this state until I shut it down.

However, I can manage to run it by pressing f10 at startup, waiting in the bios menu for 1min, and then exiting the bios menu, and it will start fine (most of the time). It seems like that I have to make my computer wait in order for it to boot.

I use a HP Pavilion Gaming 15-ec009nf computer.

I:

- tried to run it in safe mode, without success (still the freeze)

- tried several tests in startup mode (by pressing esc at startup, then f2, then doing some tests), no error detected

- ran chkdsk /r /f on my disk, no error detected,

- reinstalled windows 10 booting from usb, deleted all partitions and created new ones - same error occuring

The only error I get is in the Windows event logger: when I restart it, i get a Kernel Power Critical Error ID 43 Task 61. But my computer has battery (its a laptop), it is currently charging, so it does not seem like this is a battery problem (unless ?).

If this occured to someone or if you need more details, dont hesitate to reply.

Thanks in advance.
