Hi @Moang
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Please provide a HP Product number.
The PC is running per your problem description but you have no video output.
Look, I have to ask if your monitor is connected to AC power and powered on? And are you connecting the monitor to the correct video out if you have a discrete graphics card?
You could have a graphics card problem or it could be some other component unrelated to the symptom.
You might be able to try onboard graphics if your PC's rear I/O panel and CPU support this. I would also check all connections to the graphics card. And try reseating the graphics card before trying onboard graphics. Or, if possible, try a different graphics card.
You would have to check other components if the above troubleshooting tips don't fix the problem.
You could have: a power supply problem, a MB or CPU problem, or other component problem.
You have to look at all components if you can't get a quick fix. Then it is wise to do HP warranty service if applicable or find a local PC Tech.
It's anybody's guess.
