Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Its windows 10 laptop with intel i5 processor.. and even the lock screen is not turning up. I need urgent help

@delve05 -- it could be your computer's disk-drive that is "failing". The motherboard cannot read the Windows "start-up" files from the disk-drive.

Take the computer to a qualified computer technician, preferably at a "owner/operator" store, and get they to trouble-shoot.
