My hp omen 30l with a Ryzen 5 5600g and rtx 3060 12 gb continues to beep (3 long beeps , 3 short beeps) I’ve bought new ram and it still beeps but the pc only beeps when the ram is in the slots, It worked when I first got it but when I tried a game and full screened it my screen went black till I eventually had to turn it off now it just does the beeps and I have no idea what to do it’s been 2 weeks now and I’ve tried everything from resetting cmos and reseating ram with new ram and reseating gpu and even took my gpu apart to clean it, So I have no idea whats going on I’ve tried looking it up but I’ve tried everything I just need answers or help before I go insane the pc was working but now isn’t which makes no sense is it the gpu or a bad motherboard I have no idea, need help and answers or if anyone has a found a solution that would help.

The beep codes indicate a GPU problem.  Do you have an old PCIe GPU card you can try?

You could try the old memory if you still have it but I suspect the problem is the GPU.

If you don't have or can't borrow a GPU card then take it to a shop for them to test

I assume it's out of warranty

So should I get a new gpu and test it ?

You may end up with two GPUs that work fine and a motherboard that does not work.

Is there another PC you can plug the GPU into?  if the GPU works then the motherboard is the problem.
