HP Recommended
Product: HP pavilion 27 All in one

Have a 3 year old HP Pavilion that turned off over night and the computer will not restart. I used this computer all day 5 days a week this past year WFH. I tried all hard 1 min holding resets and esp tricks that Hp contact support recommended. The light where the plug enters is lite, however no other lights, noises. I opened it up and took of the protective shields on the motherboard. Any suggestions before going to the Computer Stores?

Hi,

 

What troubleshooting steps did HP Support provide?

 

You have a hardware problem:

 

External power supply, motherboard, or any component connected to, or integrated in the motherboard, may have failed.

 

Most components are integrated in the motherboard with AIO PCs except for RAM and storage.
