I have run the HP Diagnostics system test and still saying I have no boot device found/hard drive installed. I’ve replaced the hard drive and still get the same result. So, I put the old drive back, hopefully to get a solution. Still feel like the crazy man who keeps trying the same thing and expecting a different result. Thank you for trying.

You're very welcome.
The only other suggestion I can offer would be to install a M.2 SATA SSD and see if that will work instead.
If you look at your PCs motherboard specs it shows support for one of those.
HP Pavilion 300-220 Mini Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
It appears it might support the M.2 2242 form factor. The standoff seems to be too close to be for a M.2 2280 SSD.

Hi:
Below is the link to the product specs for your PC.
HP Pavilion 300-220 Mini Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
According to the specs, it comes with a 500 GB 3.5" mechanical hard drive.
If that is the same type of drive you reinstalled, did you try installing Windows on the new drive?
If not, see if you can reinstall W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Boot from the USB flash drive and see if Windows can find the drive and install on it.
To boot from the USB flash drive have it plugged into the PC.
Turn it on or restart it.
Immediately press/tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F9 boot options menu and from that, select the USB flash drive and press the Enter key.
The PC should boot from the flash drive.

Hi
Running HP Diagnostics on a system drive which has failed will usually indicate a problem.
You have to install the operating system on the new disk before running HP Diagnostics on the new drive. You may get the same result if there is no operating system on the new disk. This may mean there is no bootloader.
Maybe you have a bad data or power cable. Check "Storage" in the BIOS to see if the new drive is detected. Start the PC. Repeatedly tap "ESC". Select "F10".
Install Windows on the new drive if it is detected in the BIOS.

Thank you Paul, I have run the F2 and HP Diagnostics system test and all the other ones available and still it's saying I have no boot device found/hard drive installed. I’ve replaced the hard drive and tried to install windows, but it would not complete. Still the same result.
HP System Extensive Test results:
Processor Check : PASSED
Wireless Module Check : PASSED
Hard Drive/SSD SMART Check : NOT AVAILABLE
Hard Drive/SSD Short DST Check : NOT AVAILABLE
Hard Drive/SSD Optimized DST Check : NOT AVAILABLE
Hard Drive/SSD Long DST Check : NOT AVAILABLE
Memory Extensive Check : PASSED
Video Memory Extensive Check : PASSED
System Board Check : PASSED
System Extensive Test : PASSED
So, despite your commendable efforts, I have given up. I'm sending it to someone with greater knowledge and will provide you with the results when I hear back.
Thank you for assistance and time.
