Product: Hp touchsmart 10 pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

My Hp touchsmart 310 PC power button blinks 3 times, but won't turn on. I just bought a new AC adaptor, and I've tried unplugging it, holding the power button in, releasing the power button and plaguing it back it. That doesn't help. What does it mean when it blinks 3 times like that?

@Rainman164 -- what happens if you hold-down the ON/OFF for 30 seconds? Does the computer eventually power-off?  Then, if you power-on the computer, what happens? What do you see?
