Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I turn on my workstation. Hp logo hold for 10-20 sec. Is that possible to reduce the time adjusting bios settings?

Fast boot is turn off.

Can I turn on fast boot is it help to fix my issue?

 

Installed nvme

Os Windows 10

Legacy enabled disabled secure boot
