Hi all. Just wondering if there is a way to speak to an actual human? The virtual assistant can not assist and I am needing recovery media. Going through the steps (on another device) with HP Assistant is not working. Thanks in advance.

If you provide the specific model number of your PC, I will see if I can find the HP support page and if it has a link for ordering recovery media.
It would be much faster for you to create it yourself using a 32GB USB stick -- read the details below:
If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.

HP does not provide links for phone support in the US because of Scammers that were harvesting those numbers, calling customers, and charging them money for services they did not need.
To get a phone number, you have to go to the HP site listed below, create a support case, and after that, HP will provide contact information, possibly including a phone number. That link is not going to let you create a support ticket if your warranty has expired -- because HP does not provide phone support outside of the warranty period.

WAWood. Thanks for the response, however, it does not actually solve my problem. My device is out of warranty and just need to order recovery media. If I can not start a ticket because it is out of warranty, then my issue persists.

Hi, @tsquare97
On the support page there is a link for the HP cloud recovery tool, but as @Prométhée indicated, when I enter your notebook's product number which should be N5R94UA#ABA, it comes up as not supported.
However, there is a link to order recovery media from HP for your notebook, but be prepared to pay around $50 - $60- for it.
Order software and driver media HP Spectre x360 - 13-4102dx | HP® Customer Support
You may want to consider first trying to clean install W10 for free by making bootable USB installation media with the Microsoft Media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
You can install the drivers and available software for your notebook from the link below.
HP Spectre x360 - 13-4102dx Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support
If for some reason you can't get things to work right doing the clean install, then you can go ahead and order the recovery media from HP.

Thanks @Paul_Tikkanen.
I will try to make my own USB from the Microsoft Creation Tool. The reason for starting the thread is I could not even get to the screen to see the price or order the Recovery media using HPs website
I appreciate the responses I've received and will try to create the USB this evening.

So, sorry @tsquare97
just like @WAWood i think , I didn't have time to answer your question
What was offered to you is exactly what I would have said, no need to pay anything!
as the computer is no longer guaranteed, the recoveries should only be available for sale, and perhaps not even by HP!
