I am not able to delete or copy files to HP V236W Pen drive from my samsung note pad

Hi All,

I am not able to copy or delete files from my new HP V236W pen drive which was bought on 20.10.2018.

First time it allowed me to copy files from Laptop but later when I tired using Android Samsung Note it says as "File operation Error".

Please suggest steps or what I need to do for this kind of error, as I am unable to copy files to my new Pen drive 32GB.

From your comments, it sounds like when you connect your Samsung Note phone to your laptop, you can then NOT copy files from your laptop to it.

That is a problem with the Samsung phone and has nothing whatsoever to do with the laptop.

When you plug in a phone, there is usually a screen that comes up with options, and unless you select the correct one, the phone will NOT let you read from it or write to it.

You will have to contact Samsung Support to deal with this, as this has nothing to do with the laptop.
