Hp pavillion Gaming Pc

Hi,

i have bought a HP Pavillion a few days ago. Im not sure if this happens to all PCs but this is my first time ordering one. I received my PC yesterday and i tried to start it, but i brang me to a  boot menu. I watched videos on how to get out of it but it didnt work. Im not very familiar with tech, so im not sure if this is normal.If anyone could reach out to me as soon as possible that would be great.

Assuming some things - is this a new HP PC, never been used before?

If that is the case, then it needs some setup, which requires interaction from you.  Most of that is normal with a new PC and Windows.  It will not let the user continue unless the questions are answered and an account is created.

It would be helpful if this "boot menu" was described as to what is presented or a photo would be even better.
