Product: HP Pavilion AiO PC 27-ca2000i (6L7D8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought my Hp Pavillion 27 All in one today from Conns. We got the floor model since they are closing, but they forgot to remove the admin log in. I have tried the steps given by AI Chat on the HP website and it has not worked. In not sure what else to do since the Conns employees can't get in contact with the Admin

Unfortunately, for problem with passwords you will need to contact an HP agent.
