 when I look it up on YouTube a different menu pops up and mine doesn’t have bios setup like the rest

Have you looked at the F10 choice from that screen?

Some units do not allow much/many options on changing the options once inside the BIOS settings.  Yours might be one of them if the F10 choice does not give you what you are looking for. 

 

BTW: what changes did you want to make once the proposed screen is found?
