HP Recommended
Product: HP Pavilion Desktop PC TP01-2000a (2Z6C8AV)
After opening the PC, the power light of the pc is on, then it takes a while until my monitor light turns on. It jumps directly to the windows lock screen without any loading screen with hp logo.
I assume that this might be the reason why I can't open the BIOS. OR it might be opening but since the screen is always black, when I try to open it with the usual way, I always have to do hard reboot.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
