Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every time I try to login to my computer my keyboard does not wanna work the mouse is on but that does not work either I have tried moving them to different USB slots and still nothing but they do both work in safe mode and they are both brand new

I assume this happened recently and the system was working earlier.

 

Try a system restore.  Enter "restore" in safe mode and look for a restore point from when the system was working ok.

If no restore points or it did not work then post back here
