I cannot find my VR recovery number with Microsoft. I figured HP could help me find it. I cannot get on my computer. It’s only three weeks old

I'm having a problem figuring out your problem.

 

Are you having a BitLocker recovery key problem?

 

Are you having a failed BIOS update problem?

 

You could contact HP Support for assistance since your PC seems to be a recent purchase.
