I have two log-in options; primary and back-up.  All of a sudden I cannot log in with my primary ID -- only my back up.  And I cannot access my saved files: worksheets, word docs, P'Points, etc/

Hi @captmike46,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you're having issues with logging in and accessing your saved files. While I am unable to directly assist with account access issues, I can offer some general suggestions that may help:

Check Password: Ensure that you're entering the correct password for your primary user ID. Double-check for any potential typing errors or issues with the caps lock.

Password Reset: If you suspect that the password might be incorrect, consider resetting it. Many systems offer a "Forgot Password" option on the login page.

Account Lockout: If your primary account has been locked due to multiple failed login attempts, you might need to wait a while before trying again or use an account recovery process.

Accessing Files with Back-up ID: Since you can log in with your back-up ID, try accessing shared directories or cloud storage where you might find your saved files.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
