Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
It sounds like you're locked out of your HP all-in-one PC, and I know that can be frustrating. Here are steps you can try to regain access:
Try to Reset Your Password:
- On the login screen, click on "Forgot Password."
- Follow the prompts to reset your Microsoft account password (if you're using one to log in).
Check Your Account Type:
- If your device is set up with a local account (rather than a Microsoft account), resetting the password might require recovery tools.
Boot Into Safe Mode:
- Restart your PC and press F8 during startup to enter Safe Mode.
- From there, you may be able to access additional recovery options.
Use Password Reset Disk or Another Admin Account:
- If you created a password reset disk earlier, insert it and follow the recovery steps.
- Alternatively, log in with another admin account on the PC (if available) to reset your password.
