Product: HP ENVY All-in-One - 27-b214

Accidently changed the system configuration and now can't login to windows 10,I rebooted using the esc key but every change requires a password which I totally forgot I do have my pin number but the computer dosent boot with the camera anymore since I made the change.. Desperate please help

Due to Forum policy. we are not allowed to assist you in password-related issues as we have no way of verifying the owner of any device.

 

My suggestion, since we have no access to your device, is to take it to a local PC repair facility to see what they can do regaring restoring access for you.
