I don't know how to configure the TPM at the BIOs to initiate the TPM. It indicated the the TPM is not ready for use on the TPM management console. Please instruct me how to let the TPM be ready for use. Thanks!

Hi Pink Emily Welcome to your forum!: This is how to do it
1.Click start then click all programs, then click Accessories then click Run
2. In the open box next to the Windows 10 start icon type tpm.msc then enter
3. if you now see the User Account Control dialog appears on your screen confirm the 2nd step then continue
4.the TPM console is now displayed follow what you observe on your panel
hope this helps
good luck

Thanks for the opinion. This solution might be for old Windows system. For Windows 10, the end users don't need to do any further configuration for TPM. The normal TPM panel should see "The TPM is ready for use." without any extra setting for users. Mine was showing "The TPM is not ready for use". I need another different suggestions. Thanks!
