Was it D11 or DLL ? If in doubt please take a picture and post it.
In any event some software is not working correctly. McAfee and many other applications use SQL database. An app may not have been installed correctly, failed to install or failed to uninstall. Did you recently install or get rid of some application? Upgrade to windows 11 on a system not "blessed" by microsoft?
Bring up the task manager and look for anything related do SQL
It is likely that the letters SQL may not be listed as the startup manager generally lists the names of the vendor but worth a try..
Look in the windows event viewer under applications for an error such as "unable to run sqlite3.dll or some such nonsense.
Look in the task scheduler for anything related to SQL. For example, I have a MySql task that runs at midnight every day. If I deleted the app it uses without uninstalling, I would start getting SQL errors on every boot just like you.
If you find anything, post back here and and we might be able to fix the problem.
