@FARHATH -- what happens when you press ENTER while seeing that message?
What is the model-number or your computer?
If you have a USB memory-stick connected, remove it, and restart your computer.
If you have a DVD disk in the CD/DVD device, remove the disk, and restart your computer.

@FARHATH -- when you see that menu, press the F10 key, to enter BIOS SETUP.
Look for an option that causes the "Boot Manager" menu to always be displayied, and deactivate that option.
How old is your computer? What model is it? Could the battery on the motherboard be failing?
