  • BIOS Settings: Enter your PC's BIOS/UEFI settings and check if the Optane Memory feature is enabled. Look for options related to Intel Optane Memory and ensure they are enabled.
  • Optane Memory Software: Install the Intel Optane Memory software on your computer. This software helps manage the Optane Memory module and can detect any issues. You can download the software from the Intel website.
  • Driver Update: Make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your Optane Memory module. You can download the drivers from the HP website or directly from Intel.
  • Reinstall Optane Memory: If the Optane volume is still missing after checking the above steps, you may need to reinstall the Optane Memory module. Follow the HP instructions for reinstalling the module.
