Product: Hp Slim Desktop 290-p0046

Hp slim desktop 290-p0046 won’t boot.  When I try it gives 3 long then 2 short beeps.  Nothing appears on the screen.

I am not a HP employee.

 

This error code is a memory problem.

 

This HP site (Link) lists error codes and possible solutions.

 

Your PC is new, check the first group of error codes to verify.
