Can't receive code to change password

  1. Which HP unit are you using? – Knowing the exact model will help me provide more accurate steps.
  2. Is the monitor asking for a password directly, or is it the computer that’s connected to the monitor? – Monitors themselves usually don’t require passwords, but if it’s the computer, that would change the troubleshooting steps.
  3. When you say, "last four numbers," do you mean the last four digits of your phone number or some other code? – This will help me understand if it’s related to an account verification issue or a login prompt.
  4. Have you tried any steps so far, like restarting the system or checking for any on-screen reset options?
