This is a 12-year old laptop and most likely, the drive has failed completely by now -- which is why you are getting that menu.
Since HP no longer supports this model, you will need to find a local laptop repair facility to have them examine it to see if it can be salvaged.

If you see that menu, try the "up-arrow" or "down-arrow" keys, to move the "highlighting" from one menu-item to the next. Then, press the "Enter" key to select the highlighted item.
But, I agree with @WAWood -- you probably are seeing that menu because Windows cannot be loaded from the "dying" disk-drive. It's time for a certified computer technician to have a quick (not spending much of your money) look.
