HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-0000i (8BG56AV)

My PC has had many severe issues with freezing and restarting without warning on several occasions and it's been an absolute pain. I've done many system Hardware scans and plenty of troubleshooting and it never detects it as an issue, but in the event viewer it's shown as a Critical Error. I've done numerous troubleshooting with Tech Support, and they can't even figure it out.

Now I can't even contact them, it only shows the HP Service Center Locator and no Online Chat options... I live very far away from an Authorized HP Service Center, and I won't be able to travel to it anytime soon.

I have made attempts to contact HP through email and I never get any response, even when they say I can do so...

If anyone could help with this issue, I will be very thankful! I've been having a tough time lately and HP Support really hasn't been making this a "Pleasant Experience."

I have been through the Troubleshooting process with an HP Authorized tech support agent, my current solution would be to taking it in for repair, as troubleshooting has proven to be not reliable thus far. Unfortunately, I cannot get access to HP as it directs me to the community page. I still have an active warranty through HP and I hope I can get it sent to an HP Authorized Repair Store through Mail. I don't Live close to an HP authorized Repair Shop so I would prefer to have it shipped.

Thank you for the reply as I have been ignored by HP and I have attempted to contact them but they don't give me the ability to do so.
