Hi @DenieP
A 3:3 error code is a graphics problem.
Very unusual seeing this by moving the PC from one location to a different place unless you dropped the PC. Or moving the PC has no correlation to the coincidental component problem.
Your PC either has onboard (CPU) graphics or a discrete graphics card. What does your PC have?
Try reseating a discrete graphics card and check/reseat cable connections, if present, or try onboard graphics if the CPU supports this. Try a different graphics card.
A CPU graphics problem may require either replacing the CPU or trying a discrete graphics card.
Regards

When I removed the wireless keyboard belonging to my new ENVY computer I was then receiving 3 long and 4 short beeps. Still did not boot up. When we moved the outgoing Pavillion computer downstairs it booted up without any problem! Go figure! Thanks for helping me.
