HP Pro Tower 400 G9 PCI Desktop PC

I have this problem that I need to install a PCI Card (Omron Communication Card) and this requires Windows 32bit Operating System.
For this I'm trying to get the PC to boot in Legacy mode and I want to install Windows 1032 Bit operating system instead of Win 11. I tried to set up a dual boot system, but it does not work wit the UEFI mode and Windows 10 32bit.
I also found a description on how to change the Boot option in the BIOS. the only problem I have is that I do not get the choices in the bios as the description explains.
The PC is a HP Pro Tower 400 G9 PCI Desktop PC with Bios HP U03 Ver. 02.11.00, 25.07.2023

The description to disable Secure start and enable legacy in the Bios is ok, but I can only disable the secure start. the enable legacy menu does not exist.

is it because of the operating system already installed, or is this function not available on this PC?

anyone have any information I'd appreciate it.

Cheers,

Kenneth

Hi,

I have the same problem than Kenneth. I have updatet the bios to 2.12.02 but this has no effect.

I have also an old hp desk pro (i think so) with bios version 2.13.?? and here I can select the legacy mode.

What is wrong?

Please help me...

BR

Michael
