Recently when I attempt to boot my HP 750-524 desktop computer with Windows 10 on it, I immediately get the message "keyboard error." I was using a wireless keyboard and mouse. So, I decided to change to a wired keyboard and mouse that connect to USB ports on my desktop. Prior to connecting them, I checked to make sure they were working by connecting them to my laptop computer, and I found that they were working fine. I then connected them to my HP 750 and repooted this computer. However, I received the same error message. I tried connecting the keyboard and mouse to different ports on the 750, and I still receive the same error message. I have tried to access this computer's B IOS, but the keyboard error occurs so quickly that pressing F10 repeatedly or F11 does not work. I would appreciate suggestions that any of you may have. Thanks, Paul S.
