I turned on the All in One. LED is not glowing and computer not getting ON.

Hi Please help me.  Just 10 days before I purcahsed.

 

HP All-in-One - 22-c0005in Pavilion 65XX, Product No:6DW25AA#ACJ

 

I turned on the All in One. LED is not glowing and computer not working. When I press the ON button one brief BEEP sound is coming. I followed the instructions of Virtual tutor in HP website. Not working. Please do the needful immediatley.

@MuniSonam Have you reset the computer to release excessive static? If not, use the below steps:

  • Ensure your device is OFF.
  • Unplug all the external devices (If any).
  • Disconnect the power cord from the PSU,
  • Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.
  • Connect the power supply (power cord).
  • Press the power button to turn on your desktop.
