So I have an HP Omen gaming desktop, and I believe when I updated my drivers they didn’t really agree with my system. I get the inaccessible boot device error code and I’ve tried everything from resetting my pc to going back to an old date on my computer. No matter what I end up at the blue screen. Need help

Along with the advise from @Prométhée because the model number is definitely needed, run the Diagnostics routine to see if there is a hardware situation - the error usually indicates a hard drive problem.
To run the Diagnostics routine, Start tapping the Esc key BEFORE starting the PC and then press the start button.
Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows. Then pick Diagnostics from that popup menu, F2.
Report back with the results.

Yes you are correct @Prométhée , just some posters do not read thru all of the links, so gave one directly.
