I keep on getting "Input signal not found, check video cable and video source," whenever I connect my monitor to the computer that I built. What do I need to do to fix this problem? Is there a problem with the PC I made?

Now I can see more light. You machine has at least 2 HDMI ports, 1 from motherboard and 1 or more from the EVGA GeForce RTX 3060 card BUT all video out ports of the motherboard should be disabled automatically due to you installed a video card.
Does the monitor work with another computer ? If yes, that means your build is not complete.
Regards.

@DarkComputer92 -- is this your monitor: HP 24mh 23.8-inch Display Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
It lists: 1 DisplayPort™ 1.2 (with HDCP support); 1 HDMI 1.4 (with HDCP support); 1 VGA
So, have you configured the monitor to "listen" to the correct source?
Getting a "no signal" message implies that the monitor is "listening" to an inactive video-source.
