Hi !
I have a problem with a Intel Core 2 Duo E4400 @ 2.00GHz .
During the start need to press F1 and then it's work perfectly with Win7 or 10.
BIOS is:
Brand Hewlett-Packard
Version 786E2 v02.04
Date 4/13/2007

Hi:
Are you getting an 1801 Microcode error on boot, then you have to press F1 to continue?
If so, I suggest you update the Microcode.
See this discussion for how to do that...where I give the procedure and files to update the microcode.
