Electrical disturbance in neighborhood- HP Desktop will not boot up. Red window: Secure Boot Violation, Invalid signature detected/ Check secure boot policy in setup. Hit "ok" to blue window: Boot Device Not Found/ Please install operating system on hard disk/ Hard Disk-3FO or 3F0/ F2 System Diagnostics. Peeformed Hard Drive Check: Smart Check: Passed/  Short DST: Failed.  ID: 9LGF04-93VBKG-9XPJ2J-60SQ03 (unsure if "Os" or "0s")  Product ID: Z9M79AV Thank You. Cannot get any type of system restore or related reset to come up.
