This usually happens during an upgrade from 7 to 10 due to one or more unsigned drivers.
Did you just install some device or upgrade from an old OS? I assume you have an HP system and are running some version of windows.
To remove the problem device you can try booting in safe mode and uninstall whatever caused the problem. If you can get into safe mode the device manager will show the problem device. Alternately you need to get into the administrator command prompt and run the fallowing command to possibly bypass the check.
bcdedit.exe /set nointegritychecks off.
It is possible the above will be ignored in win11 or newer releases of 10 as it wont allow an unsigned driver at all.
You can get into the command prompt by booting a windows install USB or CD and selecting "repair" and then "advanced" and then "command"
I can provide better instructions if I knew what system and OS you are running otherwise I am just guessing.
