Product: Example: Pavilion s5 1414
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

For reasons unknown to me, the system rebooted and won’t accept my live action (msn) password. I used a laptop and logged in to msn, changed the password but it still doesn’t accept it. Can I reboot bypassing the login?

Hi,

 

This Forum does not support circumventing BIOS password or Windows password roadblocks.

Ok I understand but I need to know what else I can do to login after the reboot. I followed the link to recover the password and changed it twice but it still fails with invalid password. What else can I do HELP
