Hi @Aditya247,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you are experiencing a common issue with your HP Victus Gaming 15 laptop where the power button light blinks on and off, but there is no display. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the problem:

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn off the laptop and disconnect any external devices.
  • Unplug the AC adapter and remove the battery if it's removable.
  • Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds.
  • Reinsert the battery, connect the AC adapter, and try turning on the laptop again.

Check Connections:

  • Ensure that the power cable is properly connected to both the wall outlet and the laptop.
  • If your display is connected to an external monitor, make sure the connection is secure.

Boot into BIOS:

  • Try accessing the BIOS to check if the laptop's hardware is working correctly. Turn off the laptop, then turn it back on and immediately press the F10 key repeatedly until the BIOS menu appears. If the BIOS displays, the issue may be with the operating system or a software configuration.

Perform a BIOS Reset:

  • If you can access the BIOS menu, try resetting the BIOS settings to default. Look for an option such as "Load Setup Defaults" in the BIOS menu.

Check for Hardware Issues:

  • Verify that the RAM and storage drives are properly seated inside the laptop.
  • If you recently made changes to the hardware, consider reverting them to see if that resolves the issue.

Run a Component Test:

  • If possible, use the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics to run a test on the hardware components. You can access this tool by pressing the Esc key when starting the laptop, then selecting F2 for diagnostics.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
